What is kimbap?
Kimbap is Korea’s take on grab-and-go: seasoned rice, fresh veggies, and savory proteins rolled in seaweed and sliced into perfect bites. Nourishing, filling, and effortless—for moments when time is short and flavor matters.
What does 82 mean?
In Korean, 8 and 2 sound like “ppali”, which means quick. That’s how we want our kimbap to be: quick, convenient, and easy to enjoy. it’s also South Korea’s country code, a nod to our roots as we bring our flavors to Chicago.
